On the Home page, your customer will find all the orders entered, sent, received and confirmed divided by status. You can also publish news directly from your Microsoft management software relating to promotions or communications.
You can create one or more users for each of your customers and the order can also be entered by the agent on behalf of the customer. When the customer is selected, the list of articles will be presented with the indication of the public list prices.
Your customers will be able to search for articles through a global search by article or by description, even partial. The system will present only the articles with the searched word.
By clicking on the cart, the system will present the complete description of the item (up to 5000 characters) and when selecting the quantity, the Net price reserved for it will be presented with the price and / or discount logic managed in your Microsoft management system. The system may also provide a color indication of availability unless the item requested.
The cart will contain all the orders not yet sent. Here your customer can cancel the order or send it simply with a click.
Your customer’s order is already in your Microsoft management system.
You will find web orders directly in the management system. You just have to create the order with one click. As soon as you have released the order, the status on the portal will change to “Confirmed”.
